Youth and Women Economic Empowerment (YAWEE)
We create employment through small business startups. We support youth and women up-skilling through graduate fellowship program at SUS-AFRIC Virtual and Mobile Institute which ensures equal access for all women and men to affordable and quality technical vocational and tertiary training to substantially increase the number of youth and adults who have relevant technical and vocational skills, for employment, decent jobs, and entrepreneurship through on-the-job training, mentorship and coaching.

Access to Capital and Finance
We bridge the gap between small and micro enterprises, suppliers, distributors, and wholesalers by providing contract management and guarantee services. We support contract creation, negotiation, execution, monitoring, and compliance. We offer training and mentorship on investor readiness, and provide credit guarantee services to small and micro enterprises to access business financing with ease.

Environment and Climate Change
We champion environmental conservation by protecting, restoring, and promoting sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably managing forests, and combating desertification through social behaviour change communication that encourages the community to plant trees, and to use alternative renewable sources of energy. We also run campaigns and develop viable business models for re-use and recycling to minimize dumping in the ecosystem.

We reduce the impact of manufacturers, farmers, and agro-processors on climate change by raising awareness on reducing food losses along production and supply chains, including post-harvest losses through food safety and environmentally sound management of chemical use.
Climate Smart Agribusiness
We work with farmers and cooperative societies to increase agricultural productivity and incomes of small-scale food producers through climate-smart approaches and technologies. We impart knowledge and skills, linking them to financial services, markets, and opportunities for value addition and non-farm employment. We support packaging and branding of agricultural produce and create market linkages.
Access to Markets
We organize business exchange forums for M/SMEs continuous learning, inter-county product exhibition, and international networking. These allow M/SMEs to interact with suppliers, producers, and customers to learn about manufacturing, new products, competitor analysis, new customer acquisitions, and benchmarking for growth and expansion.
